I cant log in nor sync my firefox account. i have tried to refresh firefox to no avail.

i am using a new laptop with Windows 10.

At the moment there's a Sync "Unexpected error' explosion going on.

I said I've called for help, but : we're dealing with different time zones and it's weekend - it may take a while, so please hang in there.
