how to I find the tool bar. My netflix is being blocked by private browsing mode how do i fix it?

I am trying to watch netflix online but I get an error message that says private browsing mode is blocking netflix from storing settings on my computer. It tells me to go to tools and click stop private browsing mode. I cant fin tools on my firefox application

Click the "3-bar" button and then click the "Gear" button to open Options. The Privacy tab has what you need.

Note that your System Details List shows multiple Flash plugins.

  • Shockwave Flash 15.0 r0
  • Shockwave Flash 11.4 r402

You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.

You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.

  • (32 bit Windows) C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\
  • (64 bit Windows) C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\
