I use Thunderbird Portable on a USB stick. I wish to transfer my mail accounts and emails from my USB key to thunderbird I just installed on my PC.

How can I do?

I suppose there is a profile somewhere on your USB stick.

Once you installed Thunderbird on your PC create a new profile and copy the old one on the USB stick over it.
