An "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop is created when you reset Firefox.

You should be able to copy selected data from this folder to the current Firefox profile folder.

For the bookmarks you would need to places.sqlite file or possibly restore the bookmarks from a JSON backup in the bookmarkbackups folder.

You would need a copy of the sessionstore.js file with that session data to get the tabs and tab groups from a previous Firefox version.

I am sorry but it is too much comlicated!!! I am seriously considering not to use firefox amy more, don't need new vesions that cause that much troubels!!!
