Why does Firefox crash every time I open it?
Firefox crashes within one minute of start up. It does not do this while using this Firefox Help page but any other site will cause a crash. It crashes in Safe Mode and all plug-ins and add-ons are up to date.

Maybe check the connection settings as that looks like a network crash.
- Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection > Settings

If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then select "No Proxy" if the default "Use the system proxy settings" setting doesn't work properly.

Also do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
