hello and thanks for your help. firefox crashes when opened. I sign into my aol.com email and it crashes. the message I get is: We’re sorry Firefox had a problem and crashed. We’ll try to restore your tabs and windows when it restarts. To help us diagnose and fix the problem, you can send a crash report. I have deleted firefox from applications and downloaded it and it still crashes. Will greatly appreciate your help. Process: firefox [4484] Path: /Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox Identifier: org.mozilla.firefox Version: 9.0.1 (9.0.1) Code Type: X86 (Native) Parent Process: launchd [87]
