After updating to ff8, uninstalling and installing it new, FEBE is not working: extension data is still loading. what can I do?

I updated to firefox 8 and when I do the backup with FEBE a little pop-up window appears in the corner saying: "extension data is still loading" ...try again later..... I uninstalled firefox, reinstalled it again... and still the same msg. what can I do to back up my firefox settings with febe?
