making it so that leech block does not show under my tools tab

I have leech block, it shows under tools under add ons, i do not have a problem with that. But it also shows directly under tools. I do not want it to show under tools. I do not want kids to know I have it. How can I get it to not show under the tools tab? none of my other add ons do that. that are all filed under add ons

You can hide that menu item with the Menu Editor extension:
