You can install Firefox from the Android Market by searching in the Market app on your phone, or by using the Android Market web site.

If that doesn't work for some reason, you can also find links to download it directly at https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/Platforms/Android

The Samsung Fascinate versions from Verizon only has 384MB of RAM versus 512MB that most variants have (min recommended requirement), though the Cortex A8 cpu it has is ARMv7.
