When switching to fullscreen mode whole screen dissapears untill you exit fullscreen. ?

Everything on the screen is replaced by a distorted erratic pattern like interference or swithcing the monitor to a strange other channel ?. Full screen works fine when not in browser ?

Try to disable hardware acceleration.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

If disabling hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver.

Thanks for that. Unfortunatley this hasn't worked but will try to up grade the drivers
