While trying to remove a nasty program called Internet Anti-virus 2011 I could not get to the task manager. I finally set XP to a previous date. At his point I noticed Explorer was going to Brazil. I hate explorer, Added Firefox and it came up the same way. Checked languages in control panel--claims to be English.

I'm confused.
