Is there any way I can block certain specific web-sites, that I do not wish to visit anymore, even accidentally? And I do not mean the general content filters: I need a way to define the sites that will be blocked myself (my problem has basicly nothing to do with the content of those sites).

The simplest time-saving extension to keep you from accidentally visiting certain sites is at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4476
