Mozilla VPN does not install on Win10 and Firefox; It only installs the ICON on Firefox. help?

The VPN installation does NOT work. I get the drop down with the icon and "To use the Mozilla VPN Firefox extension, please open the Mozilla VPN app first." There is NO Mozilla VPN app on my computer. It is not on desktop, menu, or app list (?).

Working on passkey, back and forth, meanwhile, retyping the above several times. I decided to copy it and save it so I won't have to type it again. we are going aroung in circles too many passwords, passcodes; I have 4 windows open and fell I am not getting anywhere(?)

All I want to know is how to get VPN that I paid for finally installed? There is too much confusion on getting this answered. All I want to do is to download(paid for) VPN and install it on FireFox and make

Mozilla VPN is one of Mozilla's premium products. In order to get premium support from a dedicated agent, please submit your question with your Mozilla VPN app by going to Settings > Help > Contact Support. Alternatively, you can sign in to the Mozilla account connected to your subscription here (if not already) and then use this link.

The Mozilla VPN form link can also be found at top at Ask a Question > Mozilla VPN. Make sure you use the Mozilla Account you have the Mozilla VPN subscription on.
