"Thunderbird failed to find the settings for your email account."

Please post screenshots of your incoming and outgoing server settings panes so someone here can make suggestions. Normal settings are:

input: outlook.outlook365.com, port 993, SSL/TLS, Oauth2 and full email address output: smtp.outlook365.com, port 587, STARTTLS, Oauth2 and full email address
