This section you posted in is for desktop Firefox. As you can see on https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new there is a Mozilla VPN section where you can post for direct ticket help with Mozilla VPN to Mozilla agents if the above knowledge base link does not help.

Btw the Linux version of Mozilla VPN is for Ubuntu as per https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-install-mozilla-vpn-linux-computer
