When I Auto-fill my address, the Country tab is always incorrect

I recently filled out my address information into the Forms and Autofill section of settings. I selected United States as my country. But when I use the auto-fill on websites, the country is never correctly filled. It has filled to a couple different countries, never the united states.

Yes it works fine on that site
