Thunderbird stopped filtering spam

Hello, I always had all options set correctly and automatic spam filtering just stopped working without a reason. I reinstalled Thunderbird and it's still the same. The spam emails are coming to my inbox and I need to manually set them as spam to be moved or manually run recognition of spam emails. Is it something on my side or the Thunderbird stopped working correctly?

Ok, it can be because of the Export Import addon, but I'm not sure, I will need to investigate it more...
