I've been using Adguard and Firefox is my default browser. For anyone using Adguard would know that Firefox requires separate certificates that need to be downloaded else you get a error message.

Recently, I upgraded my phone so I had to install both Adguard and FF again. This time unfortunately, certificate installation wasn't just 2-3 steps but rather requiring a host ADB commands.

Is there a solution, and why does FF need such complicated certificate installation? For anyone suggesting UBlock Origin, Adguard provides more robust ad protection not confined to webpages but all in app ads. I'd like to mention that other browsers seem to work absolutely fine.

Hi

I am familiar with ADB, and am keen to understand the process it method you are using to install these certificates.

Would I be right in saying that AdGuard is a standalone app?
