I can no longer find these options that I like: HTML vs RichText tabs when creating an email.

How to scroll screen text size? Used to be able to [Ctrl] + mouse dial -- doesn't work now.

Any ideas? I'm not sure why the program was changed as it seemed to work very well before.

Not sure what you mean by "HTML vs RichText tabs when creating an email". Options/Delivery Format? Press Alt if the Menu Bar is hidden.

Ctrl+mousewheel is broken, but Ctrl++/- still works.

With every version of TB, things are fixed and things are broken.
