When I open my email It asks for my password. I don't remember my password. I followed all the steps to change my password but there isn't a password to reset. Need your help

When I open my email It asks for my password. I don't remember my password. I followed all the steps to change my password but there isn't a password to reset. Need your help

You reset your email account password with your email provider so visit them. You cannot reset or change a password for an email account using Thunderbird. You can only change what you told Thunderbird to remember and it sounds like you have not done that if the saved password screen in Thunderbird is blank.
