Periodically get message: "Application has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware.

This is new. Never saw this prior to recently (the last month).

Windows 10 Home 64-bit.

Firefox 62.0.3 (64-bit).

I don't know if they're related. The one video at a time occurs whether or not I get the Graphics hardware message.
