Cannot open up Firefox which is my default browser

I have used Firefox for years. Today I upgraded my Mac cleaner to Mac Tonic and ran the program to clean my computer. Now everytime I try to get on the internet the Box comes up that my "profile is missing". " your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible."

So, everything I can find points to Mac tonic being a virus. I strongly suggest you download malwarebyes (www.malwarebytes.com) and run it to remove whatever it finds.

In general, it is not suggested that you use "cleaners". your computer doesn't need to be cleaned, it has built in functions that do whatever maintenance is necessary.

After you remove the virus, restart your computer and try to open firefox
