Inbox is not updating. Server settings are correct and already reinstalled Thunderbird on the Windows10 OS but issue still persists.

Have been experiencing issues with Thunderbird not updating the inbox. I already updated the server settings and re-installed Thunderbird but the issue still persists. Also if I try to send an email, it will pop-out an error message that it cannot connect to the server but checking on the ISP webmail, the email did go through.
