Unable to download and install apps

I am a 'firefox' subscriber for over 20 years and have always found it easy and straightforward to use. Now I am having great difficulty. I have bought on line and received product keys for 2 apps. I have always clicked on the download then 'run' then entered product key and the product has installed. That doesn't happen now and I am getting very impatient. Can somebody tell me how to download and install apps simply and quickly. Or is it time to move on to another browser? Thank you all for your help. Peter

Hello, first save the file you are trying to download, then click on it to run it, and enter the product key you have received, it should work then. If you still have trouble, let me know.
