I keep getting a REFRESH bar when I open hotmail in FF. I refreshed and still find it.

Each time I open hotmail.com in FF a bar appears at the top with REFRESH and Close. I fully refreshed in Help. and the bar still appears. It covers the entire top of the email page. After I click the REFRESH button, it disappears until the next start. Not serious, but a nuisance.

Soluzione scelta

That is not Firefox. Firefox has Safe Mode and Refresh. You should check with Hotmail.
