Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.

There are other things that need your attention.

Note that your System Details List shows multiple Flash plugins.

  1. Shockwave Flash 11.9 r900
  2. Shockwave Flash 11.6 r602
  3. Shockwave Flash 11.2 r202

You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.

You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove all (older) version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and (re)install the latest Flash player.

  • (32 bit Windows) C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\
  • (64 bit Windows) C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\

If you simply want to reset Firefox, then click on Orange Firefox button > >Click on Help > Click on Troubleshooting information.

a new page will open with troubleshooting information on the right side you will see Reset Firefox Option. Please see the attached images for help.
