even up and down arrows are slow with fire fox ,unlike other surfing programs . I've scanned my system and there's no malware or viruses infection.

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

If there is a problem with scrolling on web pages then try to disable smooth scrolling.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General: Browsing: "Use smooth scrolling"
