Firefox doesn´t work on my laptop

I have a new laptop, and i am frustrated. I have installed Waterfox (cause of 64 bit version), sometimes it works, but in the evening, it won´t. Then I installed Firefox, but it´s the same as Waterfox. Is it possible, that both are not good for Laptop or Windows 8? My PC works right with these browsers.And then I tried the Private Browsing, it works with both browsers. I can´t understand it.

Please download Firefox 20.0.1 Update Firefox to the latest release, and then Reset Firefox Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings

I´ve tried, but it doesn´t work at all. Only in Private Browsing Modus. Don´t know, what I should do. It´s only on my Laptop. I have this Browser on my PC and there it works. Also Waterfox, it´s all the same.
