Wwhen I attempt to use Firefox web, I now am being asked to enter my Primary password, I have used what I recall was my password but I cant log in
After the last system update, I now am being asked to enter my "Primary password", every time I open a new page. When I try entering a password , it is not recognized and I have to click on cancel in order to proceed. I have used what I recall was my password but it is recognized, but I don't get a message telling me it is the wrong password. How can I get back to the previous version that did not ask for my Password. Is that an option?

You may have 2 primary passwords. One is to log in your Mozilla account, the other is to access your stored passwords. Maybe you are dealing with the later. You can read Use a Primary Password to protect stored logins and passwords https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/use-primary-password-protect-stored-logins
If you are logging to your account, you can read Reset your Primary Password if you've forgotten it https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-your-primary-password-if-youve-forgotten-it
