My cloud account is nearly full but when I go to update the account or purchase more space I am blocked. The authenticity of going from Mozilla Firefox to cloud is blocked because it cannot confirm it identity. I at the point of not being able to use my computor due to being blocked. Can anuone tell me how to get through?????
