Are you talking about the home page? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-to-set-the-home-page

Or the search engine? Type about:preferences#search<enter> in the address bar. You can select any search engine to be your default from here.

You can also remove any engine from here.

If you want to completely get rid of Disqus:

https://help.disqus.com/en/articles/1717233-delete-account-or-access-account-data

(there is a 30 day deactivation period)

Go to Windows Control Panel => Programs and see if Disqus is there (if it is:   remove it)

You could also check Windows Settings => Apps

Or you could do what FredMcD suggested and contact them :
