The toolbar with the usual tabs (general, addons etc) has disappeared. How can I get it back?

There is normally a row of tabs along the top of the page in the browser - things like general, settings, add-ons etc. This has suddenly disappeared - how can I recover it?

Right click on the space where toolbar is supposed to be and checks Menu Bar .
