I lost all my bookmarks. After reformatting my PC, I reinstalled Mozilla, entered my email, and clicked login. Usually, a code would be sent to my email, I'd log into the account, and everything would sync. Now, I had to reset my password and I've lost all my bookmarks and extensions, as if the account was reset.

Se hai fatto il reset della password, per ragioni di sicurezza l'account viene azzerato. È indicato chiaramente in più parti della guida, ad esempio qui -> https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/modificare-reimpostare-password-account-mozilla Importante per chi utilizza la sincronizzazione di Firefox: se si reimposta la propria password senza utilizzare una chiave di recupero, tutti i dati crittati salvati tramite sincronizzazione sui server di Mozilla verranno cancellati.
