No send button or forward in firefox

Hey Graemeclough, Are you looking at the email in a private window? The Firefox button will be purple if you are. Certain elements do not load in private windows. From what I gather from my gmail it is javascript.

• Check the permissions for the domain in the current tab in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"

• Check that images are enabled: Tools > Options > Content: [X] Load images automatically
• Check the exceptions in "Tools > Options > Content: Load Images > Exceptions"

• Check the "Tools > Page Info > Media" tab for blocked images (scroll through all the images with the cursor Down key). refhttps://support.mozilla.org/en-US/que.../949348

Graemeclough, can you confirm weather we're talking about Firefox or Thunderbird here?
