Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to request a refund for my monthly subscription fee for the product Mozilla VPN, in accordance with your 30-day money-back guarantee. Unfortunately, the subscription (from 18th July 2026) did not meet my expectations, and I would therefore like to make use of this guarantee and cancel my membership. Could you please confirm the cancellation and process the refund to my original payment method at your earliest convenience? Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
