Hi, the Firefox issue may actually be related to a larger system problem The attached screenshot shows a “Boot Device Not Found (3F0)” error, which usually means the hard drive/SSD or operating system has problems. That could explain why Firefox became slow or pages stopped loading before the boot error appeared Try: 1)Run F2 System Diagnostics 2)Check in BIOS whether the HDD/SSD is detected 3)Back up important files if the drive is still accessible 4)Repair or reinstall the operating system if needed

this appears to be a system or disk issue rather than a Firefox-only problem
