Have been unable to login to Spectrum using Firefox for some time now. Checked with Spectrum techs & they say the problem is with Firefox. Also having trouble with other streaming sites using my ID's & passwords. They all seem to work using Chrome. Can you please help get back to logging in with Firefox?

Since I haven't gotten an answer, thought I would give you a little more info. Logging in to Spectrum did work quite well until a while ago. Maybe it's something I did to screw it up. Any way to check it out? I really like Firefox for other tasks.

What happens when you try to access that website? Is there any error message?
