This is the add-on I use to show load speed. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/load-time/ You need to provide proof of the issue. Do you have the same issue with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode?

You can also Refresh Firefox. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings

What OS? What version of Firefox? Name a few sites that you feel are slow for you. Are you on WiFi or plugged in?
