Firefox is not working properly everytime a page loads its texts and images becomess blur like only vertical lining . please help me to sort this out

from last few days whenever a page loads its texts and images becomes verticle lines or blank space when i start scrolling. I have attached some screenshots. Even the top right menu (close, minimize, maximize button) has been faded after this problem started , normally its colours are bright. Screenshot attached.

Please help me to sort this out

Hi, firstly try to type about:config in the URL bar then set the pref layers.allow-d3d9-fallback to False. If nothing changes, try to refresh FF : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/firefox?as=u&utm_source=inproduct
