Firefox takes a lot of time than usual to load at the start can you help me to fix this? if not where should I report this issue?

Is this all the time? During bootup? Other programs running?
Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
