I have a web page stored under bookmarks that I'm trying to access. The browser opens the page and while it is loading everything disappears and I get a blank page that says FILE NOT FOUND. After multiple attempts I've noticed the browser is switching to Chrome after the page starts to load and tries to load another page that fails. I don't know why this is happening because I don't have Chrome installed. This started happening today, before I realized the Chrome thing, the first thing I tried was scanning for viruses and malware then I updated Firefox. I'm still having the problem. I absolutely hate Internet Explorer but it seems to be working fine. Please help.

Firefox can't find the file at jar:file:///C:/Program Files/Mozilla Firefox/omni.ja!/chrome/browser/content/browser/undefinedevent.adxpose.comevent.flow?eventcode=000_000_12&location=http://androidforums.com/google-ads/PhanForum_SpoofedSecond_728x90.html&uid=TnYTiqx3i9FuRbqk_21255172327&xy=0,0&wh=728,90&vchannel=11241967&cid=88058887&iad=1346702059673-76609567215461120&iframed=2&cookieenabled=1&screenwh=1280,768&adwh=728,90&colordepth=24&flash=11.0.

Firefox uses the "chrome://" protocol to access its own internal files and also access files from extensions, so that has nothing to do with Google Chrome.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
