You generally don't need to install any certificates for most of public sites to work.

Are you sure this is not a scam scenario, to mount some attacker–owned cryptography to be able to eavesdrop on your secure connections?

Also please do update your browser if you're seeing outdated trust issues, the one you're using is from last year.
