I have previously enjoyed firefox very much. After the latest update I am now unable to login to bluehost, nor can i copy from chatgpt any more. What happened. I can do the same in Chrome.

I need to disable the "command I" keystroke because it is causing alot of problems when I hit it. I am on a Mac and use a Protooarc EK01+ keyboard, This keyboard has a "settings" key and when I peess it by accident, it dislays the Ihfo dialog screen (and erases what I've already typed. Can you help me, please?

is there a way to revert the changes that have been made on ver 149 regarding the scrolling? I'm trying to scroll some really long sites and when I just touch either my magic mouse or my macbook trackpad scrolling jumps to the end. Up to version 148.02 there was no problem. I've check it on 2 machines with macos sequoia and the problem is valid.

Hi and thank you... This is about issues going on Google and using a few websites.

I have a Macbook Pro 16" updated (OS Tahoe) and Firefox updated 140.9. The latest OS Tahoe was installed a few days ago. I use Firefox as my browser and don't wish to bounce around to Safari or Google Chrome, etc.. Firefox always works well but right now I have issues like getting onto Google as a search engine:

I have been getting issues about the same time with Google (keep getting the reCAPTCHA page see attached file.)

We get the caption missing on a news artcle when we first open up AOL and the news comes up.

My husband has some of his video music lessons in a website he goes to daily not opening up to the correct size.

My Safari page does not show the grid it used to with all my apps. Instead I get an Apple ad and have to work around it. So I am missing the Safari grid I used to have.

I have checked with Apple (3 times), Spectrum (internet connection but they did not give me a new IP address. I don't know if they can), I also Sent a message to Google forum and still Google says they are blocking me until I do a reCAPTCHA and the problem disappears so that is not helping yet. We have also connected my husband's website but they don't seem to help in this case. So it must be Firefox mozilla and Google does not seem to help except to tell us something is not working on our end.

Apple noted the latest OS tahoe could be such that, google, Firefox , etc..has not updated to match Apple updates but they do not know this for sure as they are not dealing with third party. Apple did not suggest that clearing history would necessarily help with this particular problem. I also don't have any VPN connections. Can you help? We are frustrated and the only real person I can talk to is Apple. Thank You if you can help Barbara Lipa

I am a big fan of the new VPN feature that you guys introduced that is strictly for browser. There are only two current issues i have with them and its the limited bandwidth of 50 GB that is very low and i would like the option to pay a reasonable price for unlimited. Also when i disable the vpn for a website there is a blue pop up in the corner every time i tab over or open the specific page on a new tab that i can't disable or change the behavior in any manner.

I was on a website for Met Opera, buying tickets and suddenly a widget appeared on the lower left corner that says: Opt-Out Signal Honored. Not only did I Opt Out, but I no longer can navigate the website, and there is no visible way to cancel this. Please help. It does not appeaer on other web pages, or other browsers. What is this? I've tried locating it in settings, and settings does not have that privacy option checked. How can I remove it? thank you, Anne Marie Mascia

When I have set the size of the window and then move the window to the left or right then the application automatically expands the window. I do not want it to do that as I want to be able to have the firefox window where I choose and the size I have chosen, but the program automatically expands the widow to fill the screen.

I have google as my default search engine and having the search engine shortcut suggestion gets in the way of my work flow. When I open a new tab, I'd like to just press the tab button once to move to the search bar. Any way to accomplish this in about:config?

in FF devtools, i'm debugging my network requests. but it is NOT POSSIBLE to copy a specific number of error messages (like "the first three lines"). the selection deselects instantly, spamming cmd-c does NOT copy the selected text, right click only offers "copy (one) value" or "copy all" which is ALL, including miles of stacktraces which i don't want to copy. it behaves like it's constantly being updated, but it's a one-off request and displaying the results. there is no need to unselect

this is infuriating. why is it like this?? PLEASE change it (if there is somebody here who can?)

When I open a new tab, I am shown topics on news, science, culture, etc> the first topics I am shown are sensational trivial garbage. I always enjoy seeing informative and educational content, but Firefox prioritizes gossip, Hollywood personalities and advertisements disguised as news.. You also prioritize hearsay, negativity, and biased news articles. Are your editors doing this deliberately, or are they simply focused on immature minds and biases? How do I change this, or should I eliminate all content from the new tab page? Thank you.

Bonjour, J'utilise Firefox depuis plusieurs années sur Mac et, jusqu'ici, tout fonctionnait bien. Depuis quelques mois, la navigation est ralentie voire bloquée. La roue multicolore tourne pendant quelques secondes à plusieurs minutes, allant jusquà bloquer le système et forcer le redémarrage. Pour continuer à travailler, je suis contrainte d'utiliser d'autres navigateurs, dont Chrome (!), sur lesquels je n'ai pas de problème.

Lorsque Firefox est en arrêt (roue qui tourne pendant plusieurs minutes), je peux basculer sur un autre navigateurs ou utiliser un autre programme sans difficulté. Le problème vient bien de Firefox. Aucune mise à jour iOS ou de Firefox n'est venue à bout de cette difficulté.

Je rencontre ce problème, quel que soit le type d'onglets ou programmes ouverts. Le message d'erreur me dit que j'utilise trop de mémoire pour les applications, mais les autres navigateurs fonctionnent parfaitement dans les mêmes conditions. Et ces applications sont par ailleurs nécessaires à mon activité.

Si vous pouvez m'aider, je serais ravie de pouvoir continuer à profiter de la sécurité de Firefox.

Is there a way to make it not reset after closing the browser completely..

I noticed twice.. not sure if it resets after a specific time has passed by. I notice it the next day...

All the application windows I had opened on my Mac, closed due to a security related update. Now Firefox isn't showing any of my tab groups from before and also there's a weird behavior when you click on the Firefox icon, it opens a new window that is small, but when you do file > new window it also opens a window but full sized. I tried creating a new tab group and the second approach of doing file > new window is showing the tab group in the tab group menu, but the window created by doubling clicking the icon doesn't show it.
