Firefox built-in VPN won't save excluded websites
For the built-in VPN, I'm able to add websites to exclude either manually in the settings (Built-in VPN > Manage website settings) or from the webpage itself using the VPN icon. However, even when I save, if I close and re-open Firefox, the list is cleared and I have to re-add everything.
Is this normal or is there some other setting I'm missing?

Solved. So it wasn't private browsing or "Never remember history" but under "clear history when Firefox closes," only "Site settings" is checked with some websites as exceptions. Despite them being exceptions, the remember settings clear. Unchecking "Clear history when Firefox closes" solves the issue which is strange cause the websites are listed as exceptions so they shouldn't be affected but somehow are. Guess that's a different issue but my issue is solved.

After testing, looks to be any sort of exception (I tested under Privacy and security > Browsing data > Manage exceptions & Permissions and data > Manage exceptions). None save when I close and re-open the browser.

Just a question, are you under private browsing?
No, this is normal browser, not private windows. I've also tried with extensions disabled to see if there were any conflicts but still won't save. This happens on both of my computers.
