Because my carrier has decided to change servers I cannot get my Thunderbird program to work. on the account setup page that appears I have entered the user name, password, and the setting for incoming and out going information. I have Re-tested several times and a message " The following setting were found by probing the given server"! But when the DONE button is pressed I get the message - " Unable to log in at server. Probably wrong configuration, username or password." I can view the emails when logging in with the carriers web site! HELP!
