I get an error message when I try to send a message through Thunderbird

Sending of the message failed. Outgoing server (SMTP)error. The server responded:p-impout007.msg.pkvw.co.charter.net cmsmtp 159.203.185.148 blocked.

When I contacted my email server they said nothing was wrong from their end....

Do you know how I can correct this error?

I found an old post where someone had a power outage then had this problem. Try turning everything - computer, phone, modem, any wifi extenders - everything internet related - off for an hour, then back on starting with the modem.
