Ti consiglio di fare anzitutto un backup -> https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/profili-thunderbird#w_effettuare-una-copia-di-sicurezza-del-profilo

Tieni conto che ciò che eventualmente puoi recuperare dipende anche da tipo di account (Imap o pop3).
