FF 62.0.3 I can not delete, edit or modify bookmarks. Not from TopSites on new tab nor from bookmarks menus.

Simply ignores all attempts to modify or delete my bookmarks.

UPDATE! Fixed by disabling plug-in: Widevine Content Decryption Module provided by Google Inc.
