I click on a website to make a purchase and it opens the site but will NOT allow me to make a purchase or ask a question; it just sets there? I have been trying for over a week now and am really getting frustrated. I was told to use another browser and tried two others and that didn't work either.

I am a novice but I am NOT stupid! I know that it is the browser that saves history! :) Yes indeed I did read the article. I cleared all history in Firefox and Edge but nothing was working. I did a live chat and the problem was Firefox was NOT accepting my password. Techie worked magic and I am in business. I thank you for taking the time to respond to my questions.

God bless YOU!

Hi   !
You've already indicated that this occurs with other browsers as well,   but let's give this a try:
Would you take a look at   'How do I remove a single website from my history' in this article:     http://mzl.la/1BAQKDJ
After following the instructions,   try the site again.

Also:   which website are we dealing with here   ?
