This is ridiculous Mozilla you really have lost your reputation for having best browser. I just give up using firefox. I only had 19 tabs open and then I closed 14 tabs, memory was still extremely high what the hell?! Mozilla fix these issues please.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
